Common troubleshooting

• Sleep not tracking: Ensure the phone is face-down, charging, and you’ve granted motion/microphone permissions. Disable battery optimizations for the app.
• No sound playback: Check your device volume and Silent/Focus modes.
• Data not syncing: Confirm you’re on a stable network and signed in to the same account.

Billing & refunds

• Google Play / App Store purchases are processed by the respective store. For refunds, follow your store’s refund process.
